Privacy policy

Little Sirens respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you fill in the quiz, the contact form, the training form or the chat on this website, we collect the details you give us. That is usually your name, mobile number, email address and what you are after. The quiz also asks the age of the child coming along, as a range such as a baby under one, and the training form asks for your organisation.

When you browse this website, we also collect information about the visit, such as the pages you view, the website or search that brought you here, the type of device you use and your rough location based on your internet connection. This does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, provide the service you ask for, and follow up with you about it. We use visit information to understand how people find and use this website so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

This website is for parents, carers and educators. We never ask a child for their name or contact details, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you think a child has sent us their details, let us know and we will delete them.

Who we share it with

That includes Scalus, which builds and hosts this website and passes your enquiries to us, and the analytics providers named above. Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and access by anyone who should not have it. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

Seeing or correcting your information
